- Chicken Pamplona and crispy bacon slice stuffed with nuts, Mar del Plata cheese, sautéed vegetables, polenta soufflé, and butternut squash in a mild leek sauce.

A theater inaugurated in 1915, pure Belle Epoque opera style, carefully restored to its original state while maintaining perfect acoustics will make your visit an absolutely unforgettable evening.

With a majestic display, live musicians, an excellent dance troupe, the artistic quality of the singers, and the most exquisite dishes, they accompany an evening filled with all the magic, spirit, and memories of Buenos Aires and Tango.

The Astor Piazzolla Theater Sextet, accompanied by an excellent ballet and the best Argentine voices, offers a unique show every night: based on traditional songs by great Argentine composers.

The selection includes some must-see titles for the first-time visitor to Buenos Aires, as well as others with interesting characteristics, such as musicality, lyrics, the power of the melody, the intensity of the instruments, or the magic of Astor Piazzolla swirling through the chords.
