Appetizer:

First Course:

- Gourmet: Sweetbreads, prawns, arugula, and a golden drizzle of shoestring potatoes with a Malbec reduction.
- Crepes filled with tomatoes, cheese, and thin basil leaves in a variety of sauces.
- King crab with lime cream, mixed greens, and confit tomatoes.
- Mediterranean: Serrano ham, a bouquet garni, and cheese shavings.
- Golden prawns with sautéed peppers and endive.

Second Course:
- Medallion of tenderloin with mushroom duxelles, rustic potatoes, and mushrooms sautéed with herbs.
- Grilled ribeye steak with glazed vegetables and rustic potatoes.
- Grilled Patagonian trout served with couscous and glazed vegetables.
- Patagonian trout in a saffron sauce with couscous and sautéed mushrooms.
- Grilled chicken breast with wild rice, spring onions, and mushrooms. - Squid ink spaghetti with basil, fresh tomatoes, and a cream sauce with prawns.
- Lime risotto.
- Arugula and prawn risotto.

TANGO & FOLKLORE SHOW
Our spectacular show begins at 10pm, with 9 couples onstage dancing traditional tango. With a live orchestra and Fernando Soler (accredited tango singer) to accompany them, the dancers will show you what true, passionate tango looks like.

The space holds up to 1500 people, giving our tour a vibrant atmosphere in which to enjoy the passionate history of the tango. The rotating circular stage ensures you won’t miss a thing. With more than 40 artists onstage, you’ll see the evolution of the tango, from its traditional roots to the fresh, contemporary styles we see nowadays.
